Do not use this company!!They tried to rip me off! Please read.
I had run out of gas the other day and my roadside insurance company contacted them to assist me with gas. Even though my insurance pays them for the gas to bring it to me, Atlas Towing called to tell me that I would be charged $10.95 PER GALLON!
My insurance already covers three gallons, which means Atlas Towing would have ripped me off for $32.85.
I reported them to my insurance company and they sent a more respectable towing company to assist me.
I used their service through Geico. ETA was 1 hour but it updated to 10 mins. Neal (I think that was his name) Philippino man with glasses was so helpful. I was locked out of my van but he was able to get in. I’ll be keeping a spare around this time but I’m glad I had Roadside Assistance.
