guy said there was no one to help me get my car back after it got towed, said come back in one hour. I come back in one hour then he ends up being the one to help me.

Rude, dismissive, condescending, control-freak, shady, seemingly sizing up my car to buy at a low price. I've never met a driver as rude and unprofessional as this one. He did do the job and give some tips, a bit begrudgingly.
