First of all, they are dishonest which is unacceptable. Secondly, the store is small which is not like a regular store, like a proxy. Today I went there to get a new SIM card. They put the card and told me it will charge me $ 25. I remember it is free, so I asked them if all AT&T stores will charge me $ 25, they said yes. I didn't get that SIM card and leaved. There is another AT&T store on the Rosemead Blvd. I went there and got my new SIM card for free.
Even when the store was busy everone in this store was helpful. As soon as i walked in I was promptly greeted and told I'd be helped as soon as someone was available to do so.
I was helped by an associate named Justin, who I see is mentioned several times in other people's reviews and for good reason. He was very helpful and he answered all my questions and explained everything very well. He walked me through the process of getting me setup with a new Galaxy S3 and I would definitely go back to this store again for my future phone upgrades.
