Went over to this location and I was helped by a gentleman named Naj. He was a very kind salesperson, and extremely sufficient. He made my visit quick and easy!

Called the store in advance to purchase a new phone. Store hours clearly states closing time is at 7pm. I was told we are closing early for no specific reason and was told to come back the next day. Not sure why I couldn't be helped and why this lady had an attitude with me for needing assistance. I guess I should go to Verizon for better customer service. At&t is the new metro pcs
