WORD TO THE WISE: I’d recommend driving 8 min up Antonio to go to the ATT store in Ladera!
We came in yesterday because my Phone died and we were going to add my to my fiancées plan and get a new phone. Neither associate acknowledged us when we entered for the entirety of the time we stayed at the store. Since they were helping other customers, I didn’t think anything of it - but someone entered after us and one of the associates went over to him within 3-5 min - and still hadn’t said anything to us?
We finally walked out, set up our plans online and ordered the phone at the ladera location. Went down and was in and out of their with my phone in 3 minutes.
Came into the AT&T store and worked with “Sara.” She was very knowledgeable and helped us greatly with our account. She was so pleasant, kind and courteous. What a great experience. Truly an asset to the AT&T team. Thank you ”Sara”
