I wish I could leave 0 stars. The rep here set my boyfriend up with a business account and gave us a number to import my account into his. We do not own a buissness… I’ve been paying the bill for three months for JUST my phone while my boyfriends phone… I hitch was supposed to be on one account is a “buissness” account we cannot get access too…
Now they shut his phone off and are staring we owe them 500$ on a bill we cannot see. To verify the promotion he left his previous phone company for… all the while we’ve been paying one phone on time.
The reps make better commission by sneakily setting you up with a business account and shredding your pin to access said account…
Do not give these people ANY commission! They scammed us

Please beware of the manager and assistant manager at this AT&T at the Centralia location. I am a business owner with a business account at AT&T, and our business has been a customer of AT&T for many years. The manager, Hayden and assistant manager, Sam, have lied and cheated us out of hundreds and hundreds of dollars. When confronted, they have done nothing but lie. They have lied about our billing, have continually added unauthorized charges to our business lines, have promised account credits and failed to provide those credits. When we stop by the store location to try to get help with our account, we are told that they are not there (though when calling earlier in the day were assured they would be there). Today we called literally 40 times to try to get through to speak to someone, and the phone was never answered. We called customer service, who reported they were fully staffed and there should be no reason why the phone isn't being answered. When we called from a different number they picked up the first time, but when I asked to speak to Hayden, the individual who answered the phone said nothing and immediately transferred me to the generic customer service line. They are actively avoiding speaking with us as to avoid confrontation regarding the lies they have told and the money they have stolen from our business. For anyone who doesn't know, they make commission off of their accounts, so it is in their best interest to charge the customer as much money as humanly possible, so they can get a big fat commission. I fear for the elderly individuals who are being lied to and stolen from, who do not know how to navigate the nightmare of AT&T, who are being taken advantage of.
Our company will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, AT&T legal department, and are collecting information to file criminal charges against Sam and Hayden if the issues are not resolved. If you have ever set foot in the Centralia AT&T store, please be diligent about checking your bill, because if either of them have had their hands on your account, you are being stolen from.
