TLDR- Watch out for Nav (not sure of spelling), who completely messed up our transaction (the process of correcting HIS mistake with AT&T corporate is still ongoing) and our account, then either blew smoke or straight up LIED to us about it the next day. AVOID THIS AGENT. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But we have been given a total runaround after being signed up for the wrong services. We've driven the hour round trip to the store twice, been promised follow ups that never materialized (except an unprofessional message sent 15 minutes before they closed, telling us what we had already been told, that the manager who never seems to be in the store had been informed), and more or less lied to, assured that the matter was being looked into. We have since reported the store to AT&T Corporate and canceled the undesired services, but beware of this store. In particular Nav (not sure if I spelled it right); I don't know if he's a snake or just incompetent, but he shouldn't be anywhere near peoples' personal information. EDIT- Wow! The hits just keep on coming! After discovering even more anomalous/erroneous information on our account, we are now pursuing reporting this store and this specific employee to the FTC for Fraud Investigation. AGAIN, AVOID THIS AGENT. Probably best to avoid the store entirely.
