Ported 4 lines to T-mobile at the Costco Kiosk in Camas, WA with Diego’s help 11/2023. He patiently helped us through picking out the best plan for us and set up the cell phones along with all great perks come with T-mobile plan. We can’t appreciate more for his services… Without any doubt, Diego deserves a 5-star+ rating! Highly recommend!!!

Above and beyond customer service from Diego! If you are ever in need of help with your phone, I highly recomme d working with him. He is patient and thorough. He successfully tracked and retrieved a phone that had gone missing and was about 30 miles away from the T-Mobile site. He had a tip I had never heard of to ensure the exact location could be found, even with the phone turned off.
