Christopher had the best customer service I've experienced. Ive never had taken so much information so thoroughly. He helped me set up my phome plan with ease and solve a previous problem. Best AT&T I've ever been to.

My husband and I were in Pullman visiting our daughter and went into the store on Bishop to upgrade her iPhone. Chris Martinez provided excellent customer service. We expected this to be a quick, smooth purchase; however, due to a tech issue with the old phone and back up, it took longer than we had anticipated. Chris went out of his way to help figure out the problem. He did a great job. You should count him as a great asset. Also, Jaydee (sorry if I butchered that spelling), the Mgr., helped us as well and she was great also. We were all very impressed with both your employees, and the presentation of the store. I wish we had exceptional customer service like this at our local AT&T store in Florida.

Last week I had a wonderful customer service experience at this store. Christopher who is the store manager, assisted me to his best potential. He went miles ahead to try out all possible solutions and helped me out of a dead end. He assisted me for precisely 2 hours until the job was done and dusted. Salute and respect to his communication skills and friendly humble helping nature. PS: I was a prey of the 3G Sunset which was super annoying and disappointing. My problem could not be solved even after multiple attempts over a call with customer support. Finally I got rescued from the deadlock after visiting this store at Pullman. Rest be assured to feel comfortable stepping in this store. Cheers!
