I went to this store and was supposed to get a 3rd line for “$20” and my bill came out to 700+ dollars. The rep Jason told me if I added another line it would be 20$ well he lied it was an extra 80 bucks! Beyond frustrated and now I’m fighting to get my service back on. I have had 0 help from tech support or From the AT&T store.

Had to setup my son's very first phone hrs getting for Christmas, and as a mom, I needed all the parental control things to make me feel comfortable. I walked in and Jesse (I believe that's his name...sorry if I'm wrong! 😬) said, I got you. And he definitely did everything I needed him to do. He walked me through each app step by step. He answered all my questions and even stayed open 10 extra minutes to make sure it was all setup and I felt comfortable. Thank you! You were all great and I appreciate you!

Mr.Jesse was very helpful . He made our visit very smooth and he was very thorough. I left the store very satisfied and informed with what I needed to be done.
