This store on 63rd and Andresen is now staffed by a new manager trained by AT&T and an assistant manager, Ozzy, who is couteous and knowledgeable in how to perform the tech and plan side of service for customers. I was caught in the previous mess in staff problems, but when I called Sept.1st, Ozzy told me that the store was now ready to operate on schedule and with a new manager and staff to help customers. I took in my two phones to complete the data transfer and trade in of my old phone as begun by different people before and then stalled during staff problems. Ozzy asked questions and listened, completed the install of my new phone to AT&T network, and the new manager approved the trade in. Ozzy was able to move important text messages needed for links to forms to the new phone without redoing the data transfer. He checked again to be sure I was satisfied that everything was transferred from my old phone, then reset my old phone to factory to remove personal data. The manager helped be sure that the AT&T plan was correct and in less that 45 minutes all of the tangle from the past staff issues were fixed. Ozzy bookmarked a page with user guide info for my new phone and I was finally able to use my new phone and switch it between house WiFi and AT&T network. I do not give top ratings often, but this store is now the only one that has demonstrated a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable ability to provide service that should be expected to help customers with choices for plans, options for devices, and to answer questions to help customers make informed choices, as well as complete the technical processes needed to install new devices to the AT&T Network. So, I can highly recommend the service at this store as of Sept 1st 2023.
This GOOGLE FORM is not friendly and I have entered text multiple times and lost my place because I cannot see it once it goes beyond some unknown character limits. GOOGLE needs to fix this form.
