outstanding customer service service at the downtown Portland AT&T store. Assistant store manager Son was able to solve a very difficult problem that I could not resolve over the phone. Much indebted to Son and his team for their expertise, courtesy and professionalism.

Katie at the Downtown Portland OR was wonderful. She was courteous, efficient and confident she could help. We have been trying to unblock our prepaid wireless account for 2 days, being directed to 3 different locations and driving the city, spending several hours on the phone at 611 where the agent told me AT&T could not help me so We should just buy a new phone. We are so glad we finally gave AT&T one more chance and Katie offered to help us.
