As soon as I walked through the door, Kiel helped me immediately. He was the absolute sweetest and the coolest person ever. He replaced my screens super quickly and did it very well. Everyone had smiling and welcoming faces as well. Kiel impressed me with him quick and easy work. 10:10 will be back!!

The in store staff have a lack of interest when it comes to actually helping customers. their knowledge comes from Googling a problem which anyone can do and I had done prior to going into the store. Sarcasm and smart comments are what I received once I did get someone to help with my issue, which never did get resolved. We have AT&T for only 1 reason, it's the only carrier to currently get service where we work.
