Austra was so easy to work with. She made my dress look like it was made just for me!
I purchased my wedding dress (a ball gown) at a bridal shop in the size (8). The shop had suggested this size even though we thought I should size up due to the sample being tried on so many times and likely stretched. But they insisted it would fit just the same when it came in. Surprise! It was too small just like we thought it would be.
Austra to the rescue!! We met about 4 times and she made sure to get it 100% right. I could tell it was a lot of work due to the fact that it was a ball gown and had about 6 layers of fabric. She was so easy to work with and you can tell that she really has a passion for her trade. She explained every step of the process. I needed the dress let out and hemmed since I planned to wear sneakers on wedding day. By just looking at the dress, you’d never be able to tell it was let out. It looked perfect. She installed an easy to use bustle and we were all set! The dress fit like a glove come wedding day and I just could not be any happier. She made this all happen in about 7 weeks and did such a phenomenal job. I’d highly recommend her in a heartbeat! A job very well done.
