I called them about a broken dryer. Within an hour they were at my house. Not even ten minutes after that our dryer was repaired, good as new. Wow! Easiest $100 these guys made all day I'm sure, but my philosophy on repair services is the amount you pay isn't for what they do, it's for what they KNOW HOW to do!

Called to see if they can repack the grease in KitchenAid stand mixers. The answer is no, but Harley was extremely helpful. He returned by call within 10 minutes and was very pleasant.

These guys impressed the heck out of us. In this day and age, it's not too often you come across someone who is willing to back their product without strings attached and in a timely manner. We bought a washer/dryer set from them with a 90 warranty. We experienced an issue within the first few weeks, and these guys were back in a heartbeat troubleshooting the problem. They ended up taking our washer back to their shop because they wanted to be absolutely sure they worked out the kinks for us, and in the meantime installed another washer they had packed along just in case (and it wasn't a hoopty either!) Really nice guys, eager to help and they aim to please. I'd recommend them to anyone who appreciates a small town family business and to anyone who lack in appliance knowledge. They'll take care of you!
