Turned my truck in for recall work and a couple other issues over a week and a half ago. No one bothered to call me with any updates. After calling 3 times, I finally found out that they only started on the truck yesterday and that they hadn't even contacted the insurance company (that they sold us at the time of the vehicle sale) to verify if some of the work was covered. It appears this dealer only cares about getting your money and not any customer service. I'll be hard pressed to recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I will not recommend their service department to anyone.
In response to the Reply - I would be happy to chat with your GM. I tried calling the number you provided and it is just s general number. You all have my actual number because my truck (2018 Ram EcoDiesel 1500 Laramie, Red color) is still in the service department.
I received a call a couple of days ago from the GM whom apologized for all the issues and that he would chat with the service folks. Since then I've been updated on the progress of my truck daily.
