The bald headed Spanish guy behind the counter might be a manager is a idiot. Bought a bottle of refrigerant for my car but the quick connect didn't fit on the charging port. Took it back for a refund and he asks what year of car told him. he says well you bought the wrong one. No kidding sherlock. Then asks for my phone number i said the aurora store has my # he said it was for the refund B.S Like i said this guy is a idiot.

Josiah and the rest of the crew at this Autozone are awesome and amazing. Thank God for their late night hours open until 10 PM. I also use J & A tires down the street that are open until midnight to do late night repairs n tire replacements on my vehicle. I am a DoorDash n an Uber eats driver. It seems like I’m always in need of something at late night hours. Both of these establishments are great. The other day happened to be a serpentine belt and they not only had the part, but they printed up the diagram for me to take with me to use during the replacement.

I usually don’t have any problems but this last time I went in there I was buying a light for my car then a lady after me came. In I was at the counter he was looking up what I was looking for already and she looked a lil suspicious so instead of telling me can I take her right quick and then help you he just started helping her and just started to ignore me his name was Jermey I think a manager then someone else helped me his name was Izaiah I got what I needed then asked for him to help me put my light in and he told me I have to unscrew bolts and things just for me to look it up and it just be a cap you have to pull off if he didn’t know or wanna help me he could’ve said that instead of waisting my time there was another employee but he was off the clock so I understand why he told Izaiah no to doing the things I asked just for me to come in the store to ask his mane and he’s in the back on his phone I usually don’t have any problems at this store I’m always there so this threw me off
