I am very happy with the friendly and thorough service provided by the Avis technician. Broc Arnold arrived on time and listened to all my concerns and questions. I have had so many problems with this company in the past, but from what I understand, they now have new staff and focus on customer service which was vastly lacking in the past. They have gone from a one star (well deserved) to five stars (well deserved). Thank you Broc for putting my faith back into your company. You won me over.
