In May of 2019, Aztec Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. installed a Lennox HVAC unit. Subsequently, the unit began to experience a number of issues, and despite the numerous attempts by the company to diagnose and fix the problem, it has yet to be resolved satisfactorily. Recently, the unit stopped working again, and though the company claimed to have identified the issue and ordered parts, the new components failed to rectify the problem. Due to the ongoing issues with the unit, it has become necessary to seek the services of another company to rectify the problem, as Aztec Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has failed to provide satisfactory installation and troubleshoot the issue effectively. It is advisable to exercise caution when considering this company for similar services.
