I brought my dog in for training because he had an extremely high prey drive with cats that we were living with. Opting out of doing 1 on 1 lessons we did group setting learning.
While ok our dog got extremely bored (as classes were about an hour) because he was able to learn to routines fast and would get so impatient, which, not their fault.
My problem with this facility is that we went to our 3rd class and the teacher started doing old "tricks" that we had learned in a prior class. We attended the next class and we were once again taught lessons from the prior class. Needless to say this did not help because my dog and I were doing training while not there so going over old material wasn't helpful. We stopped going with 2-3 classes left and just called it a wash. We did receive an e-mail stating that people weren't showing up and they weren't going to give refunds.
This place did give me the tools to help train my dog and I am grateful, but I wished that the classes had more of a plan rather then retraining old material.
