Sarah is so kind and makes me feel so welcome and opening up to her is easy. I connected with her right away and she introduced icbt, another treatment for ocd) to me and I’ve only had a few sessions with her but have already noticed it’s helping me. I cannot wait to continue more sessions with her! Can’t recommend her enough.
