I have been in this bank for more than 10 years together with my family with several account. I received a wire 2 times , to my surprised they charged me $15 each wire. I spoke to bank employee to waived the wire fee. Bank managers said no. & ask me to call customer service. Can't believe what I heard .will closed all my account in this branch.
You can get good service if you work with a competent and knowledgeable staff The reason why I only give 4 stars is because I had a very bad initial experience with one of the relationship manager who was not willing to help us out. Apparently she is not a novice at her job so my conclusion with how she dealt with my situation after inquiring from other bank employees is that - she is either lazy or incompetent or both. My complements to the banks assistant manager - Amanda Aguilar. She is very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She rectified the unpleasant situation. She deserves her assistant manager title; I think she can do very well too as a manager. Kudos to relatioship manager - Verita Sio. If you ever had any problem with this branch I think these 2 people are thenones to go to.
