Horrible branch. I never feel safe having cash walking back to my car at this branch. The lines are ALWAYS long because the refuse to hire more staff to force those who don't have a card through them to get one so that they can conduct their business online. They always hound you to get a card through them. Personally I went there once a month to pay rent and it killed me every time.

Went to the bank of America in Oswell and they are a joke . Lack customer service. Come here they assisted me right away and we're understanding of my needs . They work with you fast as well .

Negative or No star really needs to be an option because this place is a serious joke. Line out the door, 2 tellers and no bathrooms for customers. Literal disgrace. 2 hour wait time all because the atm is non functional. I hate you.
