This had to be one of the worst Bank of America locations ever! Make sure you have an hour out of your time to make a simple deposit. They never have any staff to help its customers. I also bank with Chase for my other corporation and I have to say they have been the best bank I've ever had. Moving all my accounts over real soon!

I came in today to for an inquiry, although I received the information needed, the person who helped me lacked customer service and his tone was very rude. The employee seemed to be in a more managerial position since he wore a suit, which is very unfortunate, considering he provided a poor experience. He was talking to me as if I were dumb, and I think this was due to me being a younger brown woman.
