I have been on hold as “caller #4 in the queue” for 34:55 at this point. Literally just not answering the phone. And I know from experience, if I go in, there will be a loooooong line and then when I get to my turn they will say it isn’t ready (which is exactly why I was trying to call). Do not get your rxs filled here!!!

Master class in BAD customer service! And that the 'owner' responds to each negative review like they care and want to know more is borderline offensive when you sort the reviews by date posted and see that nothing has changed. This was my first AND LAST visit to this location. Miserable employees serving unhappy customers. Upon second thought, using the word "serving," is too generous. Avoid!

When I got my prescription at the Roosevelt bartells I used to get a certain quantity which is how my prescription was written by my doctor. My insurance hasn’t changed the only thing that changed is the bartells location. Now they tell me I can only get a lower dose and if I have a problem I need to call my insurance. We are at the mercy of these pharmacies which are obviously not there for the consumer. Another failure of the “American “ system to screw the ppl.
