This place really makes me wonder on who is getting "kick backs" from the medications ordered. Whether you have super good insurance or poor insurance, something always seems to go awry with these workers. State comp could approve something--and then there is an issue where CVS says you need to pay even though the state approved it many times. Medi-cal insurance could deny your medication, and they try to give you the most expensive one. Either way. I am done with them and have moved on. Good riddance to bad rubbish. Oh and the people here are so inept and rude that it is better to not waste your time with these fools.

Store Manager Sandra McGrew is the worst human being in this world. She is rude and condescending. Never step foot in a CVS Pharmacy because they don’t care about their customers let alone their employees!

The pharmacy takes forever unprofessional rude and disrespectful the girl jackie was inappropriate I tried to have my prescription changed over from CVS target to CVS on west she said I can only do the switch if u get your flu shot here w us now. When I advised her I already got my shot she asked where and said well I guess I can do it for you. NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN AND IM TELLING EVERYONE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL CVS ON WEST EMPLOYEES ARE
