Extremely disappointed with the UNPROFESSIONAL service Basin Septic barely attempted to provide. Upon initial consultation specific job details were not asked resulting in wasted TIME and fees they planned to collect. The non licensed "plumbers" came to the outside of my home and stood there for 15 minutes and told me they couldn't do the job after I waited all morning for them due to the miss communication of VALUABLE details. Apparently they dont do manufactured homes.

Basin Septic is a great company to deal with. They always deliver the portable toilets on time, clean them regularly and are always quick to get back to me even when its not during regular business hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for portable toilets or needing their septic tanks pumped.

Basin Septic has been an outstanding community partner. For the past three years, Basin Septic has donated the use of portable hand washing stations for the Farm Day event the Moses Lake FFA puts on for all 700 1st graders in the MLSD. They are so friendly and great to work with, and I would highly recommend Basin Septic.
