I called this morning at 7:30 am and they had someone out by 9:00 am the same day, Jesus their employee was very polite and was so knowledgeable he gave us some tips on how to maintain our septic. We highly recommend their services.

Called these folks to come out and pump my septic tank, pretty simple. I was informed there would be an extra charge if they had to dig more than 6 inches- I said “great I don’t think it’s more than 6 I’ve dug this out before”. Yes it’s a pain but the man who came out didn’t even dig the full 6in yet, he knocked and said there was going to be a 150$ service charge for that and that having to bring his crowbar out to dig there’s usually a charge… the lid was not even exposed at this time and I told them I didn’t need their service after all and he left. Our family has been doing landscaping in the valley since 87 you CANNOT dig or do work anywhere in Fresno with out a pick or crowbar the soil is rock hard. I grabbed my tools to see how far down it was and noticed he had already punctured right through the top of it .😡🤬 the receptionist calls me and says that I still owe 150$ and when I tried to explain the situation she said “I’m not going to argue with you,” and didn’t even give me a chance to speak. I hung the phone up. From the receptionist to the service man the whole situation was petty and unprofessional not sure who owes who but all these guys did was come break a lid. AVOID THESE CHUMPS

Chris was professional, nice, and informative. At first thought I was going to have to call a plumber but he fixed the blocked line and got the job done, so grateful it is now fixed!
