Everyone is so kind and helpful at this location. What I loved most about my experience was one of the girls (didn’t quite catch her name) but she had beautiful curly hair was by the register. She saw me struggling especially with my 3 toddlers and helped me get some amazing products . She had so much patience especially with all that wrapping. I usually don’t write reviews but she made me so happy that I had to hop on and write one for this location. Definitely coming back here!!

Pretty sad that the employees are actually genuinely nice but the manager is extremely unprofessional. She actually went out of her way to make sure I cannot do anything exchange wise or using rewards. Their job isn’t to ask me why I have rewards when you get them for BUYING THINGS. My entire garage is full of products as I love the products but if this company even knew how hard the store manager tries to make getting their items they’d probably fire her. 1) I’m also a store manager and wouldn’t be going out of my way to call other stores to ensure they also don’t get helped and treated unfair. I actually was going to shop MORE but I went to another store because you had treated us so poorly we would have targeted drive 20 more minutes to go get a refreshing face and help yet were met with another manager who’s already “expecting me” and a sour attitude for WHAT? Because I use rewards and coupons and they act like everyone should be spending full price on everything in front of their face. They have no clue how much money I spend here. 2) acting like I’m a burden coming in store is disgusting and I’m sure bath and body works is wanting to sell things no? So why are you making it so hard and personal? Do your job and move along. This is petty and harassment. Calling other stores and telling them not to help me. I have SIXTEEN full size rewards which means I spend 100$ per reward and this is how I’m treated. It’s disgusting. The employees are so sweet but the store manager is a whole bad vibe and terrible professionalism going on here. I’m so glad I don’t hate my job so much I have to make sure I can make others as miserable as I am. I can’t even believe I’d rather switch to VS than continue with this.

I have several Plug in smell good scents from Bath and Body Works! My favorite is Pumpkin Waffle and Carmel Pumpkin, Really anything pumpkin!! And they have super cute Fall light up plug ins!!
