Bay Area Laptops provided excellent service and equipment! We asked questions that they answered knowledgeably and with patience. The person who delivered the equipment explained how to use it in such a clear manner that we were easily able to manage it onsite. All of this was accomplished efficiently, and Bay Area Laptops gave us timely updates about delivery and pickup. I highly recommend this company for its equipment and its customer service!

Had to quickly find a temporary laptop as I waited to receive my permanent company one in the mail. Bay Area Laptops was very reactive / responsive, offered very competitive pricing and provided a level of service (e.g., at-home delivery and pick-up) that frankly was unmatched by others in the area. The computer had all the essential software and was well maintained. Excellent all around.
