This company is a scam. They took my credit card info before the order, which I assumed was the right thing to do for the rental company. Besides equipment rental, I ordered the delivery to and from the project site, which was more than $200. I agreed to pay for a full day but use the unit only for 6 hours on Thursday. After I was done, I contacted their manager, Jason, and informed him that I was done with the unit. It was around 3 pm the same day i started the work. I clarified the amount I owed them, which was $415.40. I also send him four pictures of the unit from all four sides. The only question he had was if it was accessible at night. Monday morning, four nights in the parking lot after I turned in the equipment. I received a phone call from their delivery guy. I don't remember how was his name, but he informed me that the two batteries were missing from the unit. A few hours later, they charged the battery cost on my credit card like it was my responsibility.
I called them three days in a row: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I have spoken to Helge, Daby, Jason, and Pamella. They would avoid talking to me, put me on hold, or use any other reason not to deal with unauthorized charges on my credit card.
I ended up reporting them to my bank as fraud, and I hope that most of you fellow citizens will avoid working with such an impudent company.
If you are looking for a reliable rental service, THIS IS NOT IT!
