Bay Property Group is a really professional company that meets your needs as a tenant and goes beyond to improve the maintenance and security of the building. They will recently install an access control system so that we can buzz people in from our own office. We really value this as we have experienced unknown people come into the office spaces. Customer service is great and they're really responsive. Thanks for all the changes that are happening in our office building, we appreciate it!

Love the full service and legal expertise that Bay Property Group offers. Jessica as Maintenance Manager is great! Always helpful and always pleasant to deal with. She looks out for the owners and the tenants, she's a great advocate.

This review is specifically for Lori May at Bay Property Group. She is awesome! When I email her, she has always responded within a day, and often within a few hours. She proposes solutions to work out issues rather than just passively waiting around. Her communication is a great blend of professional, friendly and courteous.
