I decided to rent a storage unit at Bayhill Storage due to the security systems they have in place. The facility is monitored by security cameras, has on site managers and you must have an access code to enter and exit the gate. Unfortunately for me and a few other people, the locks were cut on our units by someone who drove into the supposed "secure" facility by utilizing someones access code. The onsite manager has not offered an apology or even appears to be the least bit concerned about the fact I am out thousands of dollars for replacement of the items. I would NOT recommend this location to store your valuables. Hard lesson learned for me!!!

Joy and Amber have been a delight to work with at Bayhill Storage . Friendly and helpful, they are always trying to make our experience positive. We can't ask for more in a storage facility.

I had a wonderful experience with Bayhill Storage when I moved up from the Seattle area.
I most definitely would recommend them and use them again
