Beach Cities Management has been amazing for us so far! We had some maintenance that needed done around the house and with the help of Solumae & Ricardo got it taken care of quickly and professionally. Overall my tenancy with Beach Cities Management has been a great experience.

Wow! Most rental companies really do not care about their tenants, BUT this is NOT the case for Beach Cities Management. They are on top of any maintenance request you put in, they are very communicative with calls, texts, or emails. They follow up with you. They are so open and very fair. They go over the top for tenants and really do care. Thank you Beach cities management! Keep it up. These 5 stars are beyond well deserved.

We just secured our new home with Beach Cities Management and I will say that the experience thus far has been great!
The vetting process is very thorough, but they are communicative the entire time. Upon initially viewing of the place, our first impression was that the property is well taken care of. The property coordinator welcomed our feedback, and made swift repairs. If this is any indication for our future tenant/manager relationship during our residency, I'd say we are off to a fantastic start! Beautiful place ✅️ communicative ✅️ responsive to needs/repairs✅️ and respect✅️✅️✅️
