Brent and Isaiah from Beacon Plumbing did a great job. They were professional and respected our property well.

Our side sewer had tree roots. They worked with both their own tools and an external contractor to get all the roots out. It was serious business - but in the end the pipe was clean. Then they lined the pipe in epoxy. Worked with the city inspectors on permits / reviews - easy. Plus they added a external clean out pipe so it's easier to access our sewer in the future. It was 8 feet down - so digging and working on it was a big job.

The guys coordinated all the work well - scheduling different specialized crews to show up as needed. They handled everything - while keeping us updated on status regularly. Communication is super important on big projects like this - and Brent led the charge well.

Overall - I would recommend Beacon (and specifically Brent/Isaiah) to anyone for sewer repair.
