Kent answered my message for a leaky hose bib, around 10pm at night, about 10 min after I sent the message. He had an opening the next afternoon. He was prompt, respectful and fixed it in under an hour. We would highly recommend him. -Sue Heath

Pipesmith Plumbing was wonderful! Kent was very flexible with our appointment needs and was even willing to arrive quickly for an emergency…at night in an ice storm! I sent pictures ahead of time so he could provide an estimated cost. Small additional fees were approved ahead of time and he didn’t try to upsell me any unneeded repairs. He was also very friendly. Will call him again without hesitation!

I had a re-occurring issue with the drain pipe from the kitchen sink. Got hold of Kent and he was there in about 45 minutes on a week day. We walked the pipe (along basement ceiling under the joists) and discussed the history. He diagnosed the problem and quoted a price. We discussed changes I wanted and agreed. Kent replaced the entire run, re-plumbed the kitchen sink and disposal, even re-did the shower/tub connection. He did those little extra things that separate the craftsmen from your standard professional. Everything was top notch and thoroughly done to a high standard in under 4 hours. I got a bargain for the price.
