Ruining a dress and not taking responsibility for it is unacceptable. If the fabric was "not good" as the reason was given, why would you have attempted to clean it. Very poor service

Like someone said they change ownership, and the new people are not like the owners the lady at the counter new me by looking @ me I took some pants ,shirts and ask for heavy starch they said no heavy any more ,I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ANY MORE PLEASE BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM NOT A GOOD JOB ANY MORE .

It’s so disappointing to go online and see all the good reviews but I get nothing like it. The day I went in the lady took in my two pleated skirts and when we came back, they were both RUINED. There were smudges, stains, and she refused to give me back my money. After the clear damage that was made, she STILL wanted to take them back in! 😡 I had to get real stern with her until she would finally give me my refund! Never coming back to this place. Ever!
