The manager, I believe her name is Gaygon, is possibly the rudest individual I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Her customer service is blunt yet abysmal, and I truly feel that the girls that work for her are in fear of her. It is not an inviting or collaborative space at all. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes down to the friendly, welcoming & happy Semiahmoo location down the street.

Not even 30 seconds in and the manager and 3 of her girls proceeded to give the "let's follow you and assume you're stealing" went in to get a birthday gift and ultimately my day was ruined.
If you guys have an issue with someone deal with it head on or tell me to leave. But proceeding to whisper in Hindu while giving zero help is the opposite what shoppers used to be. Utter joke of a manager and even worse waste of space.
