I went here and tried to get help but two employees walked away. My daughter said they had been paged, but still. I needed help. Then, when I finally got someone, I asked him for the "metal over the door closet shoe holder" location. He directed me to the canvas ones you hang in your closet. So I clarified - I want the METAL over the door shoe rack. He says they are over here, and he walks (too fast) to the middle of the store and points to a rack of boxes that are stacked one on top of each other, and obviously too high for me to reach. I just looked at him pointing, and he says, "Oh, do you want me to get one down for you?" I said yes, and then we went to the register. Here the ONLY good thing happened. They had a sign to text for a 20 percent off coupon on one item, and the cashier waited while I did that. We saved 6 bucks! Well, we get the thing home, and it is missing parts. The box had been taped shut, but it must have been a return, and someone had taped that box shut WITHOUT CHECKING IT! I'm so frustrated. I wanted to return it, but it had just closed early because it was Sunday, and so I called and they wouldn't exchange it until tomorrow - because they closed 11 minutes ago. They promised to take care of it tomorrow, but 1) that's inconvenient for me, and 2) it needed to have been installed tonight. I don't plan to shop here again.

Very helpful & friendly employees! I went in to do my wedding registry and was walked through the whole process by Cynthia. She was very knowledgable and would describe the differences in product qualities, etc! She even brought me a water bottle and snack half way through! Very good customer service and pleasant employees! Thank you Cynthia for making it such a fun & easy experience!!

Their employees dont know anything. I bought a decorative plant for $9.99 but it was priced for $7.99. while checking out they charged me for regular price. They even sent someone to check and she came back saying it was $9.99. Turns out that it was on sall for $7.99 for members only. (I check online) but did they ask me if i wanted to be a member ? No! Did they tell me Yes it is $7.99 for members no. They just straight out said no it isn't 7.99, its 9.99.
