Don't go if you're trying to return a product. This is the second time it happens the poor cashier's are lost and haven't heard of training before. But the worst of them all is the store "manager" who approves transactions and do the key turns... He's rude, unprofessional and the exact example of extremely poor customer service. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Prior to be mistreated he was 10 min with another customer doing what he knows best, being rude and zero understanding. He seems very unhappy with his job. Definitely corporate should review his performance and think if it's profitable to have him in a customer face position. Let him fight the cardboard boxes in the back.

I enjoy visiting this place. It has kitchen items, bedroom sheets and accessories. It so much more. The items from all the departments are of excellent quality. The price may be higher than most. However, they have eliminated the the lesser quality products and feature only the best. It's a great place to purchase gifts for any occasion. It's also a good place to walk around just to see all the gadgets you didn't know you needed. Or at least , it happens to me.

Convenient location, helpful staff and easy parking.
Item i was purchasing happened to be cheaper on their online website with promise of free pick up in the store that day, very pleased that the cashier was able to honor their online price as it was the exact item. I was able to purchase it in the store and take it with me.
