The worse service ever experienced! Everyone seemed to be new hires and lack of knowledge on the inventory. Check out was a complete nightmare, went from the first checker who had a problem with register to the main checkout, waited there for 10 minutes then sent back over to another checker. Spent over Eighty Dollars and wanted to use my ten dollar coupons (spend 30 dollars and get 10 dollars off) normally I could use 2 coupons but was told I could only use one. My visits to Bed, Bath & Beyond will definitely be limited in the future. Customer service and lack of inventory knowledge will be very detrimental to this business. 😡

I rarely come in anymore but I do love walking through. Had to buy towels and while I got a bit lost due to reorganizing since last time it was an easy visit. I feel like they have cut back on print/theme towels though

Large store but not always well stocked. Always have a problem with coupons, whether in store or online. Plus they cancelled the shipment of my husband's Christmas gift three days before Christmas, claiming they were out of stock and that I would be refunded, while their website still listed the product as available for sale. So I had to scramble and pay extra for fast shipping at a different store to get a new gift for my husband.
