I like Bed, Bath & Beyond and it’s always interesting to walk around the store. But I love their online website more. What they have in the store is minuscule compared to online. You might have the choice of 20-30 bed linens in the store. Online there’a hundreds. I wanted a black and vanilla bedspread. Online there were 271 choices (not all matches) but a lot to look at.

I had an online order that I wanted to pickup today on my lunch break. I arrived at the store at 12:17 and waited where is said store pick up enter here, at 12:31 nobody had even acknowledged me so I asked the cashier if I was in the right spot and she said “you have to wait until the guy that does store pickup comes up here.” I said “ok is there a way to find him?” She said “just wait until he comes” he finally came up at 12:36 and was super nice and literally pulled my order out from RIGHT behind the cashier, he only asked my last name which I felt was definitely something the cashier could have done. The “pickup employee” was friendly but the cashier and the whole pick up system need improvement. I will NOT ever do online ordering at this location again.
