At this time, bbb is only giving 10 percent off most items. So not much of a discount at all. Maybe if you still have some of their coupons.

Fantastic customer service. You have 100% buyers assurance that if you don't like your product you can return it, and they will process your return with a smile. 99% of my purchases are never returned, but when you do find a problem or it's just not right knowing that you can bring it back makes you feel a lot better.

And the staff at this store is especially friendly and helpful. If you wait more than 30 seconds they say thank you for your patience.

The 3 stars is for the helpfulness of the associate that helped me with my purchase. She was both personable and helpful. Were it not for that, this store would probably lose a star or 2. It needs a lot of help, organizationally. It looks like they are in the process of either clearing out or moving in. Neither of which I believe is true. It's very disconcerting, visually.
