Stood there for 4 minutes waiting to buy berkenstocka. The guy helped a lady but ignored us. He didn't even look our way.

I went to the counter to pay for the shoes that Dillard's advertised for 40 percent off. But the clerk told me that the shoe's wasn't 40 percent off. So I asked the store to honor the sale and each manager refused. Make long story short. I called their corporate and they told the manager that they have to follow rules and I got the shoes for 40 percent off.

I had very good satisfaction the customer service was exelente I'm recomend family and friends.
