The staff were friendly and helpful, once we grabbed their attention, though not terribly proactive in seeing if we needed assistance. The store was clean, nice, and well-stocked. We came in looking for a fairly specific espresso machine and were able to find it, get our questions answered, and complete our purchase in about 20 minutes.

Went in an hour or so after opening. Employees offered no response to greetings and acted as though we were a bother at checkout. Won't be back. I am sure they won't care. It seems easy to see why brick and mortar sites are closing left and right.

It's sad that this place is closing in our area, but at the same time I can see why. Things are pricey. I saw a bowl, almost similar to the one we have at home, for $40. I'm like...I see why no one shops here. We did buy some things since they're closing, but even then some things were still pricey even at a closing discount. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but I wouldn't shop at this store in the future.
