Found a suit in the last chance section, with the rack sign noting 50% off listed price. It was a suit that the Vancouver mall location doesn’t carry and with a bunch of other one-off suits and formal items but when they rang it up it came up as full price and they wouldn’t honor the discount. Despite both clerks acknowledging where I pulled the suit from they wouldn’t honor the discount. Very frustrating and challenging to shop when items aren’t appropriately marked.

This is my new favorite place. Finally prices that are reasonable. The clothes are very nice, the store is clean and smells wonderful! The staff is friendly and helpful.you made the shopping experience good again.

Just wow! No one available to help at the Estée Lauder so I asked someone at Lancôme if anyone was available to help. The lady rudely and reluctantly came over after a few minutes. I was there to pick up the very expensive but worth it item, and was excited for the free gift. Signs and posters were up everywhere. The lady rang me up and didn’t ask what gift I wanted, so I inquired. All sold out but maybe (?) if I leave my number I can get one. But maybe not? She was so rude and put out about it and having to help me that I literally said No Thank you! And walked away. Worst service and experience. And I’ve never met such an unpleasant employee.
