Great customer service, a good collection of products.I frequent their store and also have bought on line from them. One product that really was helpful was a replacement pump for my marble soap dispenser in the bathroom. Works great, no leaking. The replacement pump come in three different colors. Also got a soap dispenser for the kitchen that perfectly matched my granite countertop. Works great. Another product from bed bathroom and beyond that I bought is a charcoal bag to eliminate odors from the utility closet. I tried s lots of different products nothing has worked. The charcoal bag is amazing.

I had receved an item for Christmas that was a refill for a product I didn't have. Because it was a gift I didn't have a receipt or even know if it was the right location. The staff were extra helpful and nice and let me exchange it for the same product with a dispenser, with no trouble. I appreciated the easy transaction so much,. I was afraid that with no proof of purchase if be turned away. Not the case. Very happy with the customer service
