Very friendly and clean, we had two separate employees ask if we needed help which was nice. We didn't find what we were looking for and the shelves were a little on the bare side, but over all a good experience. Cashier was very friendly.

We arrived at this location at 7:15 I had accidentally looked up the hours for bath and body works confusing the close time. Upon arrival Eric was bringing in the carts and told me they where closed I told him I was picking up and online order that happened to be my daughter Birthday gift for her Birthday tomorrow and asked if he could grab it and bring it outside to me. Eric agreed and quickly ran inside and brought out the two items I had ordered. This is amazing customer service especially since I live in Washougal and with gas prices having to come out tomorrow would have been a spendthrift trip just to pick up a few items in Vancouver. We will continue to be customers and refer friends and family to this company. Thanks for going above and beyond to make my child’s 11th Birthday morning a good one!

The level of customer service here is amazing. I wish I remembered the two employees' names - one was a manager, the other a cashier (who told us her daughter works there too, cool!) - and they really went above and beyond to help out with a return. Completely unexpected and 100% appreciated!
