This place is a dump. Half the machines don’t work. Many machines require a special cash card but the card dispenser doesn’t work. The large washer we used ( because it took quarters) left our clothes dripping wet. The restroom door had been kicked open breaking the jamb and was not repaired so it couldn’t be locked. Everything is old and dirty and worn out.
First time customer, not too pleased with the cleanliness, dog hair noticeable, general cleanliness poor - needed sweeping. Several machines were not in order, prices seem a bit high for a small town business. That being said, machines took money and failed to operate, manager/owner made good on a refund, genuinely pleased with this aspect of customer service. Readily accepted our feedback and concerns professional. Thank you. We will be back!
