I went in for some parts as well as service. The parts guys were very knowledgeable on parts, I needed parts ordered and Mr. Ed told me it was 3 days out from Milan and he then was able to get my part transferred within a day for me. Service was very professional as well. I had a field service done and the field tech “JR” really made sure my tractor was ready to go!
